HVAC condenser with refrigerant recovery equipment during a repair
24/7 Emergency Dispatch

HVAC repairs done right the first time.

Real diagnostics, honest pricing, lasting fixes. Every major brand of commercial and residential equipment.

When something stops working, we move fast

HVAC failures are disruptive. Tenants complain, customers leave, families lose sleep. Our repair process is built around speed and accuracy: get a tech on-site quickly, diagnose properly, fix it for good instead of patching symptoms. We carry the most common parts on the truck, so a typical service call ends with the system back up before we leave.

Commercial repairs

We service all major commercial HVAC equipment — rooftop units, split systems, VRF, chillers, mini-splits, and exhaust systems. Common issues we resolve:

  • Compressor failures and starting/running components
  • Refrigerant leaks and recharging to spec
  • Failed capacitors, contactors, and control boards
  • Blower motor and belt issues
  • Thermostat, sensor, and control faults
  • Drain line clogs, condensate pump failures, and overflow
  • Airflow and balancing problems
  • Heat exchanger and gas valve issues on furnaces and rooftop heat sections

Residential repairs

Same fast response, same standards, for homes:

  • AC not cooling or running constantly
  • Furnace not igniting or blowing cold air
  • Heat pump auxiliary heat issues
  • Unusual noises, smells, or short-cycling
  • Water leaks at the air handler or furnace
  • Thermostat problems and Wi-Fi connectivity issues
  • Iced-over coils and frozen lines

Our repair philosophy

We don't do "diagnose and bounce." If we open a unit, we explain what we found, what it'll cost to fix, and what we'd do if it were our building. If a system is at the end of its service life, we'll tell you. And we won't push a replacement when a repair is the better call.

24/7 emergency service

If your system is down outside business hours and it actually warrants emergency dispatch — flooded floors, no heat on a freezing night, tenant-impacting outages — we'll respond. Call (818) 391-8046.

FAQ

HVAC repair questions, answered

How quickly can you get a technician to my property?

For commercial accounts and existing maintenance clients, we typically dispatch the same day. For new service calls, we aim for next-business-day in most of Los Angeles and same-day when crews are nearby. Emergency calls get prioritized 24/7.

Do you service brands you didn't install?

Yes — we service all major HVAC brands regardless of who installed them, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Bryant, Goodman, Rheem, York, and more.

How is a repair priced?

You'll get a diagnostic charge for the trip and assessment, and a separate written estimate for the repair. We never start repair work without your approval, and pricing is itemized line by line.

When should I replace instead of repair?

A few rules of thumb: if the repair cost approaches 40% of replacement cost, if the system is more than 12–15 years old, or if you've had multiple major repairs in the past two seasons, replacement is usually the better long-term call. We'll lay out both options honestly so you can decide.
